Common questions

How do I delete my account?+

Open the app → Profile → Settings → Delete account, or email us and we'll remove your account and data.

I bought gems / PRO but didn't get them+

Open the store and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't appear, email us your Apple receipt and we'll sort it within 24–48h.

A question looks wrong+

Tap Report on the question (or the result screen) — it goes straight to our moderation queue. Thanks for keeping Trivor accurate!

How does ranking work?+

Ten placement matches set your starting tier (Bronze → Royal). After that your ELO moves with every ranked result against real players.

I was matched unfairly / suspect cheating+

Matches are server-timed with anti-cheat. If something felt off, email us the rough time and topic and we'll investigate.
